Project Manager – Data and AI Solution

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.

Team Leadership:

• Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and analysts to achieve project goals.

• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Data, AI, and Software Solution Engineering:

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of data, AI, and software solutions.

• Ensure the implementation of best practices in data management, machine learning, AI, and software engineering.

• Collaborate with technical teams to address challenges and optimize solution performance.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

• Gather and analyze feedback to ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs and expectations.

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

• Implement and monitor processes for data integrity, security, and privacy.

• Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement.

Budget and Resource Management:

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.

• Identify and secure necessary resources, including personnel, technology, and tools.

• Monitor expenses and make adjustments to keep projects within budget constraints.

Communication and Presentation:

• Prepare and lead webinars, briefings, and presentations to stakeholders, clients, and team members.

• Develop clear and compelling presentation materials to communicate project progress, findings, and outcomes.

• Effectively convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Proven experience in managing data, AI, and software engineering projects, with a strong track record of successful delivery.

• In-depth knowledge of data management, machine learning, AI technologies, and software engineering principles.

• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, MS Project).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data engineering tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop).

• Self-starter with a hands-on approach to managing projects and solving problems.

• Experience preparing and leading webinars, briefings, and presentations to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and AI/ML technologies.

• Experience with big data technologies and real-time data processing.

• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
